	SMEG LINEA SCA45V2 STEAM OVEN Smeg SC45V2 compact steam oven, with a large cavity (35 litres net) and compact size (just 45cm in height) is the ideal item to complete a kitchen in which there is already a traditional oven. Many benefits derive from steam cooking. Steam cooks food homogenously at low temperatures, it preserves the nutritional value, flavour and aroma of food and gives the possibility to cook in a healthy and natural manner without the addition of fat. It is also useful for defrosting rapidly, and for reheating foods without altering their consistency and whilst naturally desalinizing foods preserved with salt. Technologically advanced and safe, the SC45V2 is electronically controlled, allowing the temperature to be very precisely regulated in intervals of 5°C; it also incorporates a safety device for children, where it is possible to block all of the commands for peace of mind when children are in the kitchen.
