Omega ensures a quality backup service for all our products. We supply a full
range of documentation including MSDS files for online. We are also provide warranty
support for a number of commercial equipment products we sell. Depending on the
warranty conditions, Omega will repair and service your equipment on site of for
return to base items, at our premises or forward them to the appropriate service
agents. For warranties that require the customer to contact the manufacturer we
can forward the relevant contact information to you and be of assistance where
